I want to thank you all for this thread. I need to do something about my eating and I'm going to jump in now and do it. The sad thing is, I know exactly what to do and I just haven't done it. No excuses- I just haven't. I get so frustrated with myself for needing a larger size clothing than I've EVER had, even when I was pregnant. So, this journey starts with the first step, right?
Here's my plan:
Fruit in the morning for breakfast and only fruit.
I will eat at least a cup of fresh leafy greens each day.
I will combine my foods properly (no protiens and starches at th same meal) so that I get all the energy and enzymes out of what I eat so that I feel better while I'm losing the excess weight.
I will move my body at least 3 times a day in circular motions so as to improve flexability and increase oxygen to all parts of my body.
I will appreciate myself for who I am at the moment while looking forward to every day of taking good care of myself.
I can do this.
