first off, congrats to missred871 on her weight loss!
and springchickens, that is an AWESOME idea. i think too often that weight loss/diets/exercise because this really negative thing that we only look at in terms of what we CAN'T have, or what we HAVE to do, etc. i pretty much do what she does, but i need to get better w/ eating more fruit!
congrats to you, allthesecreatures! you're so close!!! i'm glad so many people in the tread are eschewing "diets" in favor of just eating healthy foods, in healthy proportions, and getting a bit of exercise. for most of us, that's all it takes!
thanks, I have yoga in the morning. It's been that time of the month so no weighing in again until I am sure I am not bloated any longer LOL. I take cranberry on a regular basis, it really helps to keep my bladder regulated. Ever since I had my daughter my bladder still thinks I am preggo. I can't even sneeze LMAO. Anywho, I am still feeling much better than I did when I was eating all the bad juju foods and sodas. Iced tea and water are my new best friends!
Glad to see all of you are doing well, allthesecreatures, keep it up lady! You are soooo close. I am with you we have about the same left to lose.
Remember, when you see something (example: the big chocolate lava dessert on the applebees menu) you don't need, to ask yourself, "do I need it? will I regret it later?" and if the answer is no to the first and anything but no to the second then DON'T DO IT! I have been having my bouts with the tempting and delicious looking stuff I absolutely DONT NEED. Keep your motivation up and if you need some support let us all know!
