Weird behavior with chicks?

Here's a photo of my two Silver Sebright cockerels enjoying the sun. Looks rather like a double homicide to me.

as soon as mine hit the sun its like thay pass out....in the shade they run around, but once the sun hits them , they're on the ground!!!

Forgot to add that mine do it too and yes, I did thinking they were dead the first few times I had seen them do this!!

Yep, mine are 4 wks old and do the same thing. My husband was sure they were all dying the first time he came home and saw them. I even have one that will sometimes lay on his/her back with both wings stretched out. Too funny!

My cochins do it all the time! It does look alarming (Haha my mom actually ran in to me panicked because she thought they were dieing.)

They are just soaking up some sunshine and probably taking a nice dust bath too!

The bad part is when you walk out in the yard and See dead chickens you run over there panicking, As soon as you reach the dead flock they Jump up and run there lil rears off, like "what"!!!!!!
