Weird egg issue

That looks like a normal egg to me. Oftentimes a hen will lay an egg that's abnormal, double/triple/etc yolkers. I believe it's fine but the true test will be whenever you crack it open.
I did. we made french toast. It seems fine. I'm not dead yet, so I'm assuming that nitrogen is ok

I have no idea whether or not that egg was the result of a hen eating fertilizer, but chickens should absolutely not be allowed to eat any lawn chemicals of any kind.

If your neighbor is routinely spreading chemicals in your poultry pasture I'd say that you have a serious problem that needs to be resolved. :(

Agreed. And it recently dawned on me that I can't fertilize my bushes anymore.

If your chickens are hanging out under the bushes then they're doing the fertilizing for you. :D

Alternately, you can make chicken-wire surrounds to use when you want to fertilize, spread the fertilizer right before heavy rain, and take up the surrounds after the fertilizer pellets are no longer visible.

Let’s not go all crazy and jump to conclusions... that egg very well may be a glitch. If we don’t see more like it, I wouldn’t assume something is seriously wrong.

Indeed. Glitches happen.

But chickens still shouldn't be allowed to eat lawn chemicals and one person's neighbor ought not to be spreading lawn chemicals in another person's poultry pasture. :)

It's happened before, every time he spreads fertilizer, but even though all my hens eat it, only one girlie lays mutated eggs
