Rhode island put this out, and acted weak this morning. Is it something?

Poop pictures are not always a great diagnostic tool without more symptoms. Is it very hot where you live? What age is she, and has she been treated for worms? Is she under 3 months old when coccidiosis could be a problem? Symptoms of cocci are lethargy, puffing up or huching, poor appetite, and diarrhea with or without blood. Treatment is Corid in water for 5 days.

Yes it is very hot where I live, we have been in the 90s this week, she in her 2nd year, has not been wormed.

I would worm them all with SafeGuard liquid goat wormer 1/2 ml by mouth and repeat in 10 days while waiting a total of 24 days to eat eggs. Hot temperatures require extra water stations in the shade, perhaps adding electrolytes to the water every other day. My chickens love to walk and stand in a shallow water pan to cool their feet. Make sure you have coop ventilation and shade.

Hi everyone,
I got Strike 3-Type B Medicated Feed-Poultry Dewormer.
I am only worming 12 chickens. According to package "one level scoop measures approximately. 9 grams of strike which will medicate one pound of complete feed.
I mixed up two pounds of feed with two scoops of strike.
How many days do I keep giving the hens strike in their feed? How long before eggs are safe to eat? When do I give them their second dose?

If it is the same as Rooster Booster Triple Action Wormer with Hygromycin B and bacitracin, in this link, it is fed for 5 days mixed in the feed. http://www.jefferspet.com/rooster-booster-multi-wormer/camid/liv/cp/16800/

I noticed that the Durvet product is only Hygromycin B, and it only says to withdraw it 3 days before slaughter. If I were you, I would call the phone number on the package next Monday morning, and ask for directions.
