Hello, I have processed less than 50 Cornish Rock X chickens and this is the first time I am seeing this. I read other posts where people have said it is hormones or scratching. This is on a thigh so I would think scratching would be ruled out. Also I have another piece that has a bit on the meat. Anyone have any ideas on what this is?
