So on both of my 10 month old Welsh Harlequin male ducks, there's this weird.. Almost like a skin.. On their bills. It's a darker orange than the normal color of their bills, and it covers about half of their top. I could peel it off (if I tried.) is there anything that would cause this? Is it dangerous or a disease? Is it normal? Just wondering.m
