Weird stuff on comb

Just noticed black things on my roosters comb if someone could tell me what it is and how to cure it I would be very appreciative.

Not sure he's the only rooster but the others are EE's so they are bigger then him even though they're hens

Does anyone have any opinions would really like to know if it was serious or anything that would be extremely appreciated
