Hi guys! Question. I have 19 hens and usually get between 10-13 eggs daily. The hens are not even a year old yet. Today not a single one laid any eggs. They have plenty of fresh water and food. I searched the whole yard thinking maybe they laid somewhere else and didn't find any. Isn't that super weird?

Daylight decreases in winter, a chicken needs 14+ hours of daylight to hit the pituitary gland to manufacture the hormones that cause laying. Days will start getting longer in a few weeks so hang in there.
It's perfectly normal.

Kinda weird, but my bet is that they are laying out in range area and you'll need to confine them for retraining.
