Weirdly shaped egg

Good morning chickadees!
One of our three Isa Brown's laid this egg sometime between bedtime last night and this morning. Any ideas what caused it to be the strange shape? Do we need to be concerned?

It happens a lot. If her next couple eggs are normal, your hen is probably fine.

Thankyou! This is the first we've seen it in the two years of having our hens. It definitely looks like #13 (although the ridges are not in the same direction as the pic). Will keep an eye on them.
