So my mom tried to buy a bus ticket online tonight for my Kentucky girl to come home for a visit. She's homesick . . but that's another story.
So she used this website called check my bus and found a ticket for greyhound for around 100 dollars. .she swears she filled out the form in my daughters name. Used her own email address for confirmation. Somehow it came to my dads email. . and the ticket is in my dads name. Wth?
She has been fighting on the phone with greyhound for hours they refuse to do anything about it. Just keep telling her it's a non refundable ticket. She's not asking for a refund. . .just change the name. My mom and daughter are both crying and upset my dad is pissed. . I'm in the middle. Anyone have any ideas? How can they do that? Talk about terrible customer service. They told her to just give the ticket to my dad! REALLY! He is here. . not in Kentucky.

What department is she talking to . Ticket sales or customer service If she paid with a credit card call the credit card company and tell them she didn't buy the ticket somebody hacked her account . honestly call the card company and see if they can retract the payment . Next go to the grayhound station close to her and speak to someone there . If all else fails cry and scream and cause a big stink . Try the credit card first . Then national coustomer service .

Someone talk me down. I really want to explain to a certain Canadian that even though you didn't know it was going to get *THAT* cold, hatching chicks going into winter (no matter how warm it is in the fall) is a bad idea. Quick! Chain me to my lilly pad!

Cause they ain't firtile nohow And you don't need heat for chicks if you keep them in the freezer everybody know that So in a sense she is right ,
