I don't have a written prescription because I call my doctor to refill...... Not the pharmacy.I see in later posts you are going to give them until Saturday and move on. Good plan. My DH sells antique tractor parts. He gets calls from people saying, "I'll be there on (whatever day)" and too often, people don't show up and don't bother to call saying they won't be there so he wastes a good part of the day waiting. I keep telling him to ask for a time frame, but he doesn't. His choice, I guess. I tell him he can't complain about waiting around if he doesn't at least do that.
Go, Charity!
Maybe because you have a standing prescription it's different. I thought it was a federal law, but maybe state? I just know that when I worked as a pharmacy tech, there were certain controlled medications that needed a handwritten prescription.
We are currently in a blizzard warning with 5-8" predicted, with "localized amounts of 18" possible". The snow isn't so much the problem. It's the 50 mph winds that are supposedly behind it that are the problem. Nothing to stop the wind out here on the prairie.
Sorry I wasn't more clear.
My doctor calls in the refill.
