I'd missed a form (didn't twig that I needed separate forms for the girls' health coverage and Tom and mine--the girls are fully covered by California, while Tom and I have subsidized insurance) which could've meant another month from now (normally, we would've gotten the return a month ago...) So now I can admit to Tom that I'd already bought the airfare for the family's flight to Nashville this summer to look at properties, when I thought I'd be paying the credit line back in less than a week. He didn't react well to my reserving the car already (though he did admit that I'd gotten a screaming deal--I hadn't realized that the credit line's interest was higher than any of our cards, so I picked the exact wrong payment method...)
