Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

I don't know who Rosie Palmer is, but there has to be room for a Daisy Duck in there somewhere
Good call whites!! My beloved terriers name was daisy. . but she has been gone about 5 years now so that's ok. . a special name for a special duck, my first incubator hatched calls. .I think that's a great idea! Daisy it is. :thumbsup

Let's just say that 3 of the 6 students that aren't going to be moving on to the middle school next year are not exactly making it hard to not be back myself next year...

:hugs so good to hear from you! moving forward is excellent! :wee

There's an echo in here.
The worst of the rain appears to be over, but it was a humdinger of a storm. Bushes beat over from the force of the rain, a good portion of the gravel lane not where it was this time yesterday, flash flood warning still up for another 3 hours. Water falling so fast & running so much that some, not much, was running across the floor when we got home; no biggie, really, not when we've seen it an inch deep before At least all the birds seem to have survived, & there are no boats floating around, so I guess it could be worse. DW don't want me up on a ladder, but someone has to get up to the end of the clogged gutter, & I haven't noticed her jumping into the volunteer line. It's only 8-10' off the ground at that point.

ew on the soggy house.

I wonder if an emotional support honey badger could scare the nasty water away for you. :old

What, you mean I wasn't absolutely clear when I was half asleep? :gig

I'm an aid in a special ed class--we've got students from kindergarten to 5th grade (the middle school starts at 6th) (I also made a mistake--it's 4 of 7 that aren't making it difficult...). Though you can request/recommend (you being either parent/teacher) that a student be held back a year--we had one student that went from being in a mainstream class with special day class support to full mainstreaming just by repeating 1st grade. Still is in the speech (I assume) and ESL programs, but that's different.

Wasn't there another duck in there? Donald, Daisy, Donald's nephews, and his crotchity uncle, but seems there was another duck in the mix somewhere. Maybe not.
Im not sure either... been a while since anyone here watched those cartoons..
There was Huey Dewey and Louie. If I recall correctly.
Yep, the nephew's...:D
