We live in the hills along the Sacramento River Valley, so we couldn't even see the bottom of that cloud. It was really quite beautiful because the sun was setting, throwing all kinds of color at it.

We were all standing out there, watching the thing spin and boil around. But we weren't frightened; more in awe than anything.

I love it when you get medications for instance for vertigo. And the med info says "may cause vertigo or dizziness." why bother?

I know, right??? I love the one that says "be aware that in rare cases may cause organ damage or death" Ok, soooooo, if it doesn't kill me it will help?

It's ok Orr, I'm sure Al didn't mean to swear at you He just forgot about all the fun you had last year. Oh, and we have been known to stand in the middle of our field like idiots watching some terrifying but amazing show Mother Nature was putting on.

DH n i do that too!! On Tuesday i was taking the littles out to their baby pools and it started raining w the sun shining. Just pop up shower, no thunder. i said No Way am i gonna get these guys back inside theyre gonna have a riot and we stayed. God gave em a sprinkler
