We won custody and child support today. No one wants to know the story trust me it is very sad and at times its horrible. I stayed up til 2AM last night finishing a book of her skeletons. One small example is I have direct quotes from her "i cant do this! Come get him!!!!!" He was 2 months old. Its been a long hard fought battle but today it finally ceased.

One time my ex called my mom to come pick up our daughter. . he was crying and saying he just couldn't manage her. Had her thinking something tragic happened.

She had told him she didn't love him. She was 3.

Congratulations! How old is this child? However old he is, he is blessed to have you on his side.

Monday I was examining one of my quail chicks when she flew out of my hand, when I grabbed at her I accidentally snapped her leg bone, the one between the knee Joint and thigh. I honesty thought I was going to have to put her down but then as I was looking at it she started moving her toes. So I got some help and banged her leg back together. I really wasn’t sure how she was going to do or if it was gonna work but today she’s using her leg like normal (still splinted.) I’m really glad she seems to be getting better.

You Really Do know then and i dont even have to explain he had been fussin on that occasion because she was overfeeding him and he had reflux

OH, FOR PETE'S SAKE!!!!! Sorry - just my initial reaction. I'm pretty sure that's how I'd react if I got that phone call, too.

Thank you so much! He made 2 in feb and he has lived with us since his first birthday 15 months. Theyve been taking child support out of us for all that time to the tune of 320 a month because she wouldnt go have it stopped she has been homeless most of the last yr jumping one guy to the next, or one friends couch to the next. Knows she cant do it so she even gave up a little girl for adoption born to her in January. We had to hire a lawyer while we have 4 kids 3 in diapers. Took him as soon as i could anyway tho; 3 days after the littlest was born(my only biological child) for his safety but it costed us thru the nose to not wait to go do it all legal and such. Something like 3k stolen directly from us for him while he lived here

That stinks. God bless you for giving this little person a better shot at life than he would have had if he'd stayed with her.

We had him 50:50 before we took him but that was the most i could do i injured myself 4 times in my preg for taking care of my family. Still she had us go get put on child support with having him half the time, DH in a neck brace and me big an pregnant. DH still had mercy on her jobless @s5 an accepted an offer of only 100$ a month.

Yep. Been there got the battle wounds. .with my own and my step kiddos.

So many people told us theyd almost never give a dad custody.

Well im off to sweet dreams of piles of gold being returned to my family!
