Oh, they were definitely crowing!  Like every 30 seconds.  2 very active boys! 

When I got to the post office to drop them off, there was an elementary school class there, learning about the postal service.  They got a huge kick out of hearing the boys crow.  I told the post master that I hoped the mailman didn't shoot them, because they do crow OFTEN and very SHRILL!  So maybe that is why they got delivered early!

I have some great news to share

I mailed 2 live birds yesterday (8-month old bantam cockerels), and they arrived safe and sound, in wonderful condition! AND a day early!! I'm so pleased!

I think I'll have a celebratory drink!
