Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

Good Morning, Pond!
It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood! The sun is shining, the sky is blue, and the snow and frost in the trees are sparkling like diamonds in the sunlight! Oh, and I think my anitbiotics have kicked in because I feel great today! (Or maybe I'm feeling the effects of the Prednisone.)

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
Watch the prednisone....i took it for years.
Finally stopped in November..... it has taken its toll .

Me and Boo Boo.....

I have never ridden a horse :idunno(as far as I remmber) here we don't have many opportunities for riding.
I rode from the age of twelve till I was almost fifty... Bareback English Western you name it we did it... Learning to ride by instinct comes naturally to some people. And Yes the horse does take cues almost telepathically. micro muscle movement shifting of balance... things like that. but there is another .... that horse has a mind too and understands the task at hand and often times will make judgement calls you wouldnt expect... A good rider can adapt to those on the fly.

Because shooting an arrow requires both hands....

@Alaskan - getting better ? :fl
Yep, finally!

Still taking Nyquil every night to breathe well and sleep.

We (spouse, eldest, and myself) had to drive up to Anchorage this weekend because a friend of eldest is getting ordained to the priesthood on Sunday.

I am actually doing pretty well... but we drove up during the day on Friday and I went to bed at 8, slept until 9.

Today we woke up, ate, had a short walk, went to church, ate... and now I am back in bed, going to be asleep by 9:30 I think.

So... way better... but clearly I am getting tuckered out fast.

We drive back home Monday.
