Morning Pond stayed up to late last night makes a late wake up .. Slow getting off the lilly pad this morning.

Starts w chapel, then a couple periods followed by 2 preps and lunch followed by one class and done!!

Ooooh! So short day!!!

Chapel? Which religion?

I went to a few different religious schools growing up (went to a BUNCH of different schools).

What is funny, is I went to the same school for the last 3 years of high school...

So...I went to a reunion, and the other people were reminiscing about having gone to Chapel ....

I said "huh? We had Chapel? In high school?"

They all looked at me funny, said yep, EVERY Wednesday morning.

I said "really? Did I go?"

Again, this look... then they said YES, I was there, every single Wednesday morning for three years, we all sat together.

Feeling the age creep up another thread someone brought up Barry Manilow google put him at 73 .. Same age as my better half

Got a nice surprise this morning. Had 3 pullets yesterday; discovered 3 additional hens this morning.
They were hatched last Spring. Was thinking hard about buying chicks.

We're a non-denominational Christian School. Pretty sure I know which kid is the "mini-Alaskan" in our chapels!

I have about 30 hens now.. Still just gettting 10 day but last year this time had to buy eggs so not complaining.
Aquired 8 birds from bud she was moving they are just starting to lay.

There's a forecast of snow on the valley floor...never happens here when it's forecasted.

Son 1 is substitute teaching at my school until he leaves for Korea again and son 2 got hired for an engineering job that'll be waiting for him the day he graduates in May. Things are looking up!
