We really want to add a bedroom and laundry room onto our cabin at the farm (I’m honestly ready to move there now and basically live off-grid in this crazy world) but two more rooms will cost about as much as the whole place did a few years ago! Good grief.

Everything is just a mess.
Steel prices are double or triple in price now.
It's to the point the guys can't hary bid a job without taking a chance on losing money cause the price may jump before they even order the stuff for the job.
And that's if they can get anyone to deliver material or concrete..
Same situation at the school we are only getting one truck every two weeks and we're lucky if we get half what we order.
