Wow! That’s sounds really horrible! Glad you guys are getting better. Did DS’s pathologist say anything about ‘super flu from hell?’

No but it felt like it lol. DS actually ended up with Pneumonia from it. He was coughing so bad that it would make him vomit pretty much everything he ate. He's was a muscular 5' 9" 160 lbs.... he's down to 148lbs now. He's got a lot of reconditioning to do. I'm just very thankful that he's recovering and that the rest of us didn't get it as bad as he did.

Scratch & dent #2 works if I do very small loads. The daily animal towels are going to be a problem & so will blankets, even tho it has settings for both those things.

That sounds so frustrating! Will you be returning this one then too or is it one of those, "stuck with it" kinda things?

My best egg customer He is vaccinated but he got covid, guess the delta. He also got the Pneumonia.. Darn near beat him, he is our age.. God was not ready to take him ....

I’m pretty much stuck with it at this point.

Any electrical appliance that has the misfortune of coming into my possession instantly becomes a dead man walking. Thats my unfortunate superpower. In a blink, I’ll be shopping for a new one anyway.

I might forgo the dent & scratch place next time. It’s not the same as it was when Sears owned it.

Our scratch and dent here is a great company .. Not the norm maybe ? Had used Sears scratch and dent but the one in Tacoma closed with the rest of it.

You’re lucky. It seems like here they are leaning less ‘scratch & dent’ & more ‘the person who bought this didn’t want it because __________, but maybe you would like it.’

I was surprised they buy not just used but store scratch and dent in shipping. They charge 800 for 12 fridge I know we bought it .. Our gas stove was 14 bought for 600 big dent in one corner.. Heavy cat iron top 5 burner.

I don’t mind being treated as a stupid female on the occasion, but years ago, I had to call my “scratch and dent” guy three times about the refrigerator he delivered. The third time my husband was home, and the guy actually looked at the refrigerator. The fan was broken. I recently called about my refrigerator from the 80’s. Again, I am a stupid female. I don’t have male backup, so I’m dealing with a broken refrigerator for a while.
