Good afternoon pond! DS made it safely to the Carolinas. His audition is sometime today but he's a self taught drummer going up against many that have had lessons for years. He sounds a little down with the realization of the extreme competition and skill of everyone else. He's trying to enjoy the experience the best he can though. We have a big storm (rain) moving in tomorrow afternoon into Monday (turning to snow) so we're hoping there's no problems, delays or troubles with his flights home. I'm just hoping he comes home happy and with a good attitude.
In other news, DD is in the school's rock band and they had their gig last night. Here's a link to a couple songs where she was singing lead if anyone wants to watch. She did "Don't Fear The Reaper" and "Stand By Me".

She also did "I Love Rock and Roll" but I ran out of space on my phone and had to use DH's which is not great and totally messed up the sound :/
