No, he couldn't get out of the waterer, I put pebbles in so it wasn't as deep (it's not very deep to begin with) but he managed to find the one spot that everyone else moved the pebbles out of. :/ I think he had leg problems too.

I did for a change...... I've been sleeping a little better lately.
Hopefully it'll continue. This last week has been better for sure. I'm taking a insomnia medication and I lost the pills for a while. They aren't perfect but I definately picked up a night or two of sleep a week. Hopefully they keep working

Yeah Snowball is a sweet little duck..... By far my most loveable duck..... JD (my orphan duck) imprinted on me and followed me around last fall..... Once she acclimated herself to the flock she didn't need me anymore.

Well I'm in the middle of a huge snowstorm here today, they're saying it has the makings of a Nor'Easter. I think I will staying home from work. Don't need to be out on the highway in this mess.

Rough day at work today, so I went to get on my laptop to mess around a bit to decompress. Hm, no cursor. OK, let's restart, though it'll have to be an improper shutdown. Restart--still no cursor. OK, fine, use my phone to Google, find directions. First step--Windows key. Which does nothing. Windows key again--nothing. Again. Again. Againagain. Step away, drink tea. Try ctrl+alt+del so I can at least turn the thing off correctly. Nothing. Try again. Again. Againagainagain. Try to remember if we still have a usb keyboard. Look, but decide not to tear garage apart after not finding keyboard in the most likely places...

That reminds me of the time I woke up to my laptop somehow falling off the top shelf of my bed and the corner managing to perfectly bullseye me in the eye.

So...hubby went to their warehouse today, where they store stuff for their nursing homes. Beds, wheel chairs, etc. He saw a heated serving cart, like you see in hospitals, that they bring the food trays around in. They are temp controlled. Like 5' tall, 2' x 2' square, shelves inside, on wheels. It's not being used, so the heater may be out, but it's insulated, sealed, can heat up to 200 degrees, and some have humidity controls. (not sure if this one does or not). He thought it would make a great brooder, because of the big glass door. But I'm thinking cabinet bator!

Might take another week to get it, he didn't have room in his truck. But I'll do something with it, one way or another!!
