Yes, just 3 out of a dozen. Only a couple were clear, the others quit up to the first week. Not sure what happened to them.

Bummer. The death gene probably. I had a couple quitters last week. Will do a full candle tonight. I think I'm at 10 or 12 maybe (from 18).

I got some blue eggs developing. Air cells are maybe w little saddled, but they are cooking.

Reports coming in from those batches sent out are avging only 1 egg pulled from 1-2 doz eggs... :D

what's hatching? :pop
I've got three externals on call duck eggs out of four. The 4th one is internal

Duck feed, deer feed :)

Works for both, hon! :)

It is such a good thing I keep the eggs in a cabinet for incubating.

I pulled the three Serama eggs into the Eco 20 hatcher around midnight, and then spent an hour staring at their amazing tininess, hoping a chick would hatch while I watched. Since hatch isn't due for a couple of days yet, that did not happen. The two smaller eggs are no larger than a robin egg. The larger is around the size of a quail egg. The two smaller ones were loose in the quail tray and I had to pad them.

There will be lots of pictures. I feel like the first person to have ever attempted to hatch them. Crossing my big clumsy fingers for their tiny, fragile success!

@WVduckchick
  you know you miss those giant bells! :lau

Ugh... that just means 3x the fabric that gets mud caked for me... :plbb

Always hated them.  I can remember pics of me wearing them as a kid.  Ugh....

My problem is I'm kinda small, so shopping in the juniors departments fits my size/shape better than the women's sections.

I'm too old for the young gals stuff, but too young for the old lady stuff.  :hit

Girl, you is hot!!!

I can never find short enough pants that fit the rest... :/

Cat get your tongue, Chris? :gig
