Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

Good luck to the dogs Phil.

Has anyone here tried the food coloring in the hens vent for egg check? I'm wondering how long it takes for the egg to not have any coloring on it. Just a couple eggs? A week? A month?

i would think it would depend on how crazy you went applying it, maybe a couple eggs

Agreed - if you tickle her tonsils with it - could last a while

Wonderful pics MissAm! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks WV! I still have all of my original mixed flick too. Sebright, 4 OEGB, a white, black, silver neck and bb red And all my others. 2 EEs, Cochins, and my "Missouri four", which have the best tasting yolks!
Just did a HUGE deep clean in my coop! Took me two days! But it's clean! And I wormed everybody! Lol
