Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

But you actually had 100% hatch from shipped Call eggs, completely! No clears and no quitters!

They were freaking awesome eggs, and even I couldn't screw them up!

Beats me!!!
Never will everyone always agree... but if nobody had said anything different, the OP would have most likely taken bad advice... :/
I guarantee that by now you know more anyways... :D
I got ignored! :gig
Yay!! Congrats!!

So here's what jophus said my cross should produce.

25% blue SDW pullets
25% SDW pullets
25% black patterned gold "intermediate" cockerels het silver.
25% blue patterned gold "intermediate" cockerels het silver.

I think I got a pullet, she does seem to have a little more yellow tint right now, so maybe I got a blue sdw!
But...if she turns out to look like all the other SDWs, IS she an SDW?

Gag  :sick

I thought that post should have been flagged just for the sheer stupidity of it!

Beautiful!

I was trying to think of why you had dinner in the shower, then decided not to go there. :gig

Awwww, so cute!

I know enough to know what I don't know, and who to call to get the answers!

And even in saying that, you have proved my point, lol... you still know more though!

Wow! Sounds like I missed all the fun!

Snooze, ya lose... :lau

If pullet and SDW, then yes, she is an SDW...

My "harvest turkey" hatch is underway. 18 out of 40 eggs so far, pulled a couple of duds. They aren't due until tomorrow so I am really happy that it's going so well so early. Big, fat, happy, healthy poults and I only had to finish the zip for a couple of the hybrids that are too big to move. This is my first hatch in the GQF hatcher tray and it's going well. I WILL build a stackable hatcher before next season (and probably put a window in the GQF door, as I cannot deal with not being able to see in there!)
