Oh I hate this.... I'm trying to sell my wife's old car. It's a great running car. Doesnt need anything except a Blower motor resistor.
Is a 2000 Grand Prix.... I'm asking $400 which I think a running (safe) car should be worth that. But I'm the type who will get talked down to nothing.
Heck i might be lucky if I don't pay someone to drive it away.... Just sayin.... I'm stressed.

The last time I sold a car. The lady called back and complained I gave her money back and some. She said it wouldn't start one morning. I gave it to my friend and he never had a problem.

Perspective: My cousin just sold my late uncle's 2009 Pontiac Vibe, base model, 15,000 miles and clean but still an 8 year old cheap car, for $6000 to a happy buyer.

The only car in the last 10 years that I had in that price range was an '89 Acclaim that I paid $300 for, had badly corroded electrical connectors so you never knew what was going to work...windows, transmission, wipers, heat, etc.

Ask $500 and take $400.

11 sounds like a nice number. One more, you have an even dozen.

Just as long as you need all 11 for different reasons
you know I'm getting too a point I don't know what to do with my stuff. At what age do I get rid of it all. I have a bunch of vehicles.... Engines.... Parts. Enough tools to open a shop. A gun collection.... A coin collection.... And none of my kids are interested in any of it.
So it's not like I'm keeping it for their sake. But I'm very sentimental.... And this is stiff I charish. It's all stuff I've spent my life collecting. It's strange to think this way but all this stuff I love will all just be dollar bills to my kids and I'm asset Rich money poor.

Or it will cost your kids money to get rid of it. (Still buried in my parent's stuff, although it's getting better.)

Keep what you truly love, and get rid of the rest. Of course, if you love it all, that's OK too.

You don't have to do it all at once.
