I picked up all new front brakes for my firebird today..... so tomorrow I'll be puting front brakes it.

I also have a set of original honeycomb rims I have to drop off to get sand blasted. I've helped out my friend Erik a lot with stuff. So he's gonna sand blast then for me

Pop and Tart are now running with the other ducks and doing just fine. They are as big as my K.C's

That's the one thing I can say Friday.... our winters are cold..... but our summers are perfect .

And short. If I come to visit, it will be in the summer!

June is our hottest month, but this one is hotter than normal. July/August we get the monsoons, when we get most of our rain for the year. The thunderstorms are awesome. Fall and Winter are great, we get dustings of snow but it rarely sticks more than a day and we have bright sunshine (OK right now a bit too bright) over 300 days a year. No humidity. Our altitude usually tempers the heat, but not this week.

That young'un gonna be so spoiled The ducks and chickens are going on the back burner

Howdy howdy.... dang these west coast ballgames are gonna kill me.
Work wants me to come back in tomorrow and look at something....i don't know it's a 60 mile round trip and they didn't even give me gas money today......i probably will but it's not gonna be a habit.
Welded up a nice platform on my boat trailer today.... got tired of trying to balance in the trailer tongue while pulling the boat to load it.
Then I decided a nice ride on the 4 wheeler through the woods to the store to buy a red pop sounded great.....i filled the 4wheeler with gas and it wouldn't start...... when i finally did get it started it was pissing gas all over.... well with the little tool kit that came with the machine...i tore the carb down and cleaned it and put it Back together. Finally 3 hours later I got back home just in time to put the birds up and watch the ball game.......

Your still retired you know Ok give them a big ole bill will fix that problem This new gas is a killer I hate it . I'm mixing fuel stabilizer in everything now . Guess the methanol evaporates or makes it evaporate quicker . If it's been sitting all winter I just expect it now .

Finally got a chance to say hi and everyone is going to bed!
Worked in the garden for 2 hours, worked on charts for 7 hours and acccidentally smoked a turkey for 6 hours (About a half hour too long) because I was stuck in a complicated chart.

Then, one of our trees just decided to shed a branch:

Good thing DH parked my dad's truck on the other side of the driveway! But now we have to cut it up.

Nope I hurt hot or cold . Just got a lot of mostly wore out parts

that ain't good . I did ok I guess haven't had the first drop of rain . Fixed flats most of the day and moved some hay and now I'm about to fry some pork chops and taters. If'in I don't cook we don't eat and I'm sick of Whitts and McDonalds

we got matching shirts for fathers day I'm ruined and controlled and he also wet me down with pee.
