Hot, humid, miserable, rainy, beetch of a day, but finally one of my dogs got a win. I've been to 7 field trials so far this season and have placed frequently, but this is the first win. 'Tee Party' was back third high in second series, and after the high brace did not do well, he put on an outstanding performance. Color me proud.

Not sure if u can still do it, but Crayola used to have a page on their website where u could make up your own color, give it a name, and they would make some and send them to u.

Hello Pondites!
I've been stalking the thread all week, just haven't had the oomph to post. It was a good week (at least as good as it gets with that much Jr. High hormones and drama). No major disasters, all children and buildings intact, and good weather. Our last week is coming up. Thirty seven little kids (going into grades 2-5). I'll have to scale WAY back on how much food to make!

Sour, congrats on the win! I'm sure it's well deserved.

Had a nice surprise when I got home tonight. I walked in and saw brand new countertops in my kitchen! We had ordered them a few months ago, but hadn't heard anything from the contractor before I went to Camp. He called this week, and DH decided to surprise me by not saying anything.

I hope you all have a fantastic weekend working on your cars, enjoying your animals and gardens, and whatever else you have planned. Me, I'm going to sleep. A lot.
