Went to check on the broody I moved o the new pen...Eggs were floating.
Didn't know there was a leak in the pen. Got em out n put in a dry spot. She was hovering and growling and sat right back down on the eggs. One had started zipping too. Don't know if any survived. Damn rain, damn leaks...Ugh

Oh damn that's a bummer. I put an extra tray of water out for my momma duck the other night, but dumped most of it this morning, to about a couple inches deep. If any ducklings hatch today, I'd hate to find them drowned. Did you candle the eggs? Hoping they are alright.

Have you ever tried any of the stuff with honey? Turkey 101 has always been my absolute fav, but hubby tried a few of the honey makers, and the Beam honey is reallllly good! Then we found some Spiced versions too, and I absolute hate Capt Morgan's, but a few of them weren't too bad. Now I have fallen in love with Jesse James Spiced! And its much more reasonably priced!

I don't know....I really don't have a heavy southern drawl. I grew up near key largo FL ,so alot of northern influence, but been in TN 30 years now and have acquired some of the accent. When I was a little people accused mom of adopting me from someone in England. I had a very proper English dialect and accent...Lol
I'm just a bit mixed up I guess.
