Unless the land owner has a easement listed on your deed or theirs giving them right to the land use they cannot dictate where you put you fencing . Or the type of fencing used .You are not within the city limits . While the volume of your land constitutes residential . You are still rural . You may erect fencing for animals that is safe for the animals within the confines or your property. So tell her to kiss your rear my dear and stop worrying about her and what rights she thinks she has . I'll send you a bill for consulting fees later
Hell of a thing when the sheriff shows up and tells you your horse tore down the neighbors fence and your the one who built the fence . and that B itch never even offered to pay the breeding fee
I Improved the fencing took video of her horses leaning on the wire to get something to eat and waited for her man to hit my horse with the whip he was cracking . Some RATS walk on two legs . those require a little more finesse to get ride of .![]()
