Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

The fertility guru once again called me demeaning - even though I stopped posting on her thread 2 days ago, and reaffirmed the fact that she has a hen that has been broody for 5 years. Still waiting on her information and data on determining fertility on non incubated eggs. I wish I could be so smart and all knowing - guess it's too late for me. :old

"Good day today. Princess and I got up early and went to a field trial. Tee Party got his second win in a class of 20.

She has no clue what she's talking about. She's lashing out because she's wrong, try not to take it personally :hugs She's only had that hen for three months herself, she even said so, so she really has no clue. Also says she can candle an egg and tell it's fertile, but when I asked for links to the 'extensive research' she says backs her up, she never posted any.

I left because such people tend to get me into trouble. I can't resist tweaking them. I thought that she was a know it all kid, but apparently she is an adult We are never going to see that extensive research because it does not exist.

Okay, now I gotta know... what thread?

Someone smack my patties and tell me not to show her what demeaning really is.

I'm restraining myself, lol. There are things I want to say but I'm holding back. I may explain about brooding in a nice way and why a hen couldn't do it for five years straight, but three months isn't uncommon, which is the length of time the OP has has her hen.
My guess is her former owners saw her sleep in the nest boxes every night and interpreted that as broody.
