I'm watching wheel of fortune with DW this evening and the puzzle was Beavers and Retrievers and I busted out she wanted to know what was so funny . I just thought that If I was a dog that would be the kind of dog I would be . A beaver retriever it just made sense to me .

Bwahaha! I often find myself laughing/giggling/snickering at Pond specific things. Still can't insert my debit card into a machine without wondering if it's in far enough.

Good question... I haven't bought chicken in the grocery store for a long time and I don't think I can compare the quality of the meat (I'm definitely biased toward my chickens and their flavor - and knowing their quality of life is so good compared with the factory birds)
But, I think I am debating the time and energy. And I still have enough birds in the freezer to last until the next crop gets bigger - although I have a Bielefelder in the cull group and I'd really like to see if the meat is all that it's advertised to be...
I think, if the DH will help me, maybe I might do some processing (wow, that was a long "think out loud" comment!)

Woke up to a baby fawn inside my backyard fence this morning. Accidentally caught herself in my fox snare. But we got her loose and all is well. I'm going to work on coop gutters today. Chris can vouch for my gutter work.
