I'm still pondering what position I'd pay the most to see...

I am getting an egg from each of my Silkie pen and my AC pen... that's it... probably a few from the ducks too, but rats are pissing me off...

I seem to have wiped out the rats for a while; I guess nothing works forever. I had rats burrowing under the HWC apron, into the run, and helping themselves @ the feeder; broad daylight w/chickens milling around...caught it on camera. Never showed up @ night. Tried ambushing them with a 12 ga., but that wasn't very successful, though I did manage to get one. I caught it at the mouth of the burrow & busted its butt with a shot, leaving it right there in the entrance. For whatever reason, I've not seen, or seen sign of rodent presence since then.
I also had Farnam's Just One Bite down in the burrow where the chickens couldn't get to it, but I was still seeing rats 'til I broke out Dad's shotgun.
Don't know how long the rats will stay away, but its been a couple months now, & I ain't arguing.

My cats must have hacked onto my Internet again. They received the order and delivered. Hard to tell from the pic but it's a big dude.
