It's cold N nasty and I have a turkey to butcher today....
Be fine it weren't cold!!! Otherwise, all is good here after the storms.

I would think processing anything would be better on a cold day...

I haven't been gone, just spending most all day in the deer blind where I can read posts but not generate them. When I quit for the day, either I'm whipped & hit the sheets early, or it's really quiet both here & on Sally's threads.

I went back to bed finally got warm and dozed till about eight... Soon as Grandma gets up I will make her her oatmeal and go back to bed.

not good. The wood drake got thru my netting and flew the coop last night. He's gone. I can only hope he sticks near by his girls, but I doubt it.
The others are fine, just scared as chit. This was the dumbest thing I've ever done. Well, lately, anyway.
