I have some great news to share

I mailed 2 live birds yesterday (8-month old bantam cockerels), and they arrived safe and sound, in wonderful condition! AND a day early!! I'm so pleased!

I think I'll have a celebratory drink!

Yayyyy! Good job! Bet the recipient was happy - and the postal workers were overjoyed!!

Why didn't I know about this? Is this swim club clothing optional? How about boots and cowboy hat?

Swim suits are NOT optional.... I'd like to get some sleep at night and the nightmares I envision if we made them optional does not bear contemplation!

What about that Long Island poncy crap to start ? Then get down to the real stuff.

Hey Sour - yeah, she been keeping this thread a bit under the radar - clothing is optional it seems, but I'm advocating removable dentures for all ladies

I do indeed - the pitcher is all frosty cold and I have those amazing (and now, sadly, almost extinct) bright colored aluminum glasses to serve it in - you remember the kind where you got frostbite holding them!!

Oh yeah! I'll take at least 2, please.

Think it's been some 17 years since the last time I had champagne (the one and only time) and according to DH (then just my boyfriend) I accounted for about 95% of the bottle that was emptied............*I* don't remember much of it at all, lol.
