Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

Hi pond dwellers. We're having a great time in Pagosa Springs. The drive up was gorgeous. Tried to post a pic but the hotel wi fi can't seem to handle it.

Had a habanero lime cider at the brewery with dinner and though of you all.

Soaked in the mineral pools but not sure I'm magically healed. Better soak again tomorrow just to make sure.

I admit when I am wrong, and that happens more often than I'd like, lol... but this just had me completely confused... I just do not understand people like her...

Btw, after rethinking it over, I am still confused... this is what got to me...

"You have to put the fence 10 ft from the property line so I can mow my yard. You can't put it there because I don't like it. Are you just going to keep putting it up???"

Unless the land owner has a easement listed on your deed or theirs giving them right to the land use they cannot dictate where you put you fencing . Or the type of fencing used .You are not within the city limits . While the volume of your land constitutes residential . You are still rural . You may erect fencing for animals that is safe for the animals within the confines or your property. So tell her to kiss your rear my dear and stop worrying about her and what rights she thinks she has . I'll send you a bill for consulting fees later

Hell of a thing when the sheriff shows up and tells you your horse tore down the neighbors fence and your the one who built the fence . and that B itch never even offered to pay the breeding fee

I Improved the fencing took video of her horses leaning on the wire to get something to eat and waited for her man to hit my horse with the whip he was cracking . Some RATS walk on two legs . those require a little more finesse to get ride of .
