Could be any number of things. Chickens don't like adjusting to new things. Could be the heat, new coops, new cell mates or any combination of those things.

My OEGBs have always been good about going in just before dark, so they were the last group I let out tonight. I went out to lock up the pen and they were all over the place. 2 on top of the new runs, 1 up on a ladder, 3 on top of the broody coop, 4 inside the empty broody coop. I think 2 were actually in their real pen.
The chocolates were piled up in a corner of their run, not in their coop, which is very odd for them.
Guess I'll try some air flow and see if it helps, then try something else.
