Does anyone have experience in shipping day old chicks? I had someone ask me the other day. It makes me a bit nervous.

Chicapee! :frow I've only shipped live birds once and they were older. I'm trying to remember who shipped chicks. Hmmm. I don't think you need the expensive vented boxes for day-olds. Check the USPS website. Unless you are shipping to a very cold area, you being down south should be pretty safe to ship them. Good luck!
