I'm glad she's doing better. I'm not sure if you're thinking about trying a prosthetic for her, but if so there's a 3D printing subreddit on reddit and they would probably help you out. I mention it because someone posted about this exact thing, needing a duck foot made for their injured duck, and they had offers of help within the day to make the foot and only charge for materials and shipping :)

Could also just be pressing against the membrane.  Not actually pipped thru.  I can't tell for sure from the pic.



That's what I was thinking too when I saw the pic, just pressing against the membrane.
