I just feel bad hijacking the chatter to ask a zillion overworried questions
Huh, odd... Box wasn't damaged either, and air cells were just a bit saddled. No more so than any other batches, and certainly better than my last chick to hatch had.

Questions are always welcome here...

I thought the air cells were decent so shouldn't have been damaged too bad... that leads me to think flock health/genetics/nutrition then...

Anyone use wing bands? Ive been thinking of doing that instead of zip ties to mark hatch years. The zip ties I put on birds in October are faded out already :/

Thinking of doing a color each year and just stamping my farm name on them so I can recycle the unused ones however many years later. If I stamp them with the year then they are useless after that year.
