Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

I am so excited to see what you hatch! Some of the eggs I gave you came from my boy Red that I got from my friend in SC!!! He is one of my best looking birds right now

I don't know which eggs made it, but I sure will be posting photos! Looks like they will be moving into position tomorrow, right on schedule.

I'm ready for spring, kind of. Fence isn't up around the garden yet and the breeding coops aren't built yet and the seeds haven't been started yet and........

Oh well, I am ready for it to be warmer. Should be around 60 all week.

Tomorrow night I anticipate moving my 3 Serama eggs to lockdown.  The smallest is 22g.  That will be one tiny baby, I am used to birds 4 to 8 times the size.

My smallest egg was 27.3g. The chick weighed 17.8g. Two larger eggs were both 33.4g and the chicks weighed 23.3g and 22.2g. So you may likely have a 13-15g chick. That's about quail size, iirc. :D

:fl :fl
Got 16 Call eggs today... unfortunately several of them were rolled into the muck around the water bowls, lol... but let me know when???

Me?

I haven't done my seeds yet either. :(
