Pulled another empty egg from under Harriett this morning, so she is at least up to 4 of 7. I could feel 2 whole eggs, but couldn't find the last one under there. Could hear the babies chirping away, and see and feel little bodies, but couldn't get any new pics.

I've already tried calling them twice and apparently when they say they open at 8:30 they really mean that they open whenever they feel like it.

Well that went better than I expected. I just called now and they were finally open and they are sending me a complete replacement end. They said they will ship it out today and include a return label so I can send back the other one.
