Does anyone know what breed this is? I have no idea whether it is male or female but it looks like it has silver in the feathers and the bill has a green tint.

Ravyn came by yesterday and brought me a care package of cards and gifts and a new baby duckling that I have been wanting. I was finally able to open every thing last night and I plan on thanking everyone who took time to send get well wishes and gifts. I was definitely humbled by all the kind words and prayers. I'm absolutely TERRIBLE at accepting kindness..so all I can say is thank you all who sent something. You have touched my heart! I have been really sick so I'm sorry I'm just now posting this. Got the race and ballgame in solid screen..... Not many cars finished this race. On wreck alone took out 16 cars

Yup.... That Talladega race was crazy.... Ricky Stenhouse jr. Won. It's his first win. He earned it. God knows I couldn't handle driving door to door at 200 mph.

Ok, I brought Joan's eggs in to check on them. One had a hairline crack in the small end with some dried blood, so may have quit. Didn't see movement but veins still looked good. Rubbed some antibiotic ointment into the crack just in case. One I can't tell, no draw down yet but too dark to see well. Two had internal pips and one was peeping its head off. Should I close off the brooder box to keep the other hens out? Only one Orloff likes to still lay in there, I've been removing her eggs daily. Guess I should dust off my chick feeders and waterers just in case. Still having a field mice problem. Have traps set up in a shoebox. Weird having a broody and not being able to see what's going on. Hope Joan is not a baby killer like Betty was!

I really don't like feathered incubators They want to peck me and that makes me angry and that makes me lose control. And I am a control freak . Didn't do so good at the flea market today either :/ Only sold seven . Four young pullets and three cocks . Only got 9 apiece for the pullets and 15 apiece for the cocks .Just glad I didn't take a bunch only took 15 . Thought I jump on and say I might miss you people a little bit .I'm really not into television and this is what I do when DW watches her shows. I joined the herd but didn't read much yet. If the new format is like that It won't be so bad we can deal with it . Gonna take a while to adjust though . Flocks and herds can mingle if it's a flock of sheep and a herd of goats or cows . I've got a job going on for the next few days . That will keep my little narrow mind tied up so I'll get by .

Leonardo has Lucy, his wife, and mistress Laverne. Laverne is Lucy's daughter from my understanding and she is always attacking Lucy. I think Lucy knows these are her babies, she stands and stares at them and when she tries to come closer Leonardo stops her. Do you think they know? They definitely know their eggs because Laverne destroyed several eggs from Lucy but never her own.
