Somewhere I read that a double fence works famously two regular fences spaced about four feet apart... They cant figure out how to sight it and If they jump the first there is no room to get enough oompf to jump the second.
I have an acquaintance in the carolinas. She said it's going to get into the triple digits soon, and she "can't wait" because it's been a cool summer so far.

I have a 6 foot fence around mine.... Works good. I've only had one or two get in over the last 20 years.
