Lunch early . Just a ham and Swiss on rye , But the organic mater out of the garden was so good . Have big tomatoes this year with great flavor . I must have got the chicken chit just right Had to get out of the heat for a bit and read some post .

new meds for BP are kicking in... went to bed early. But my blood pressure went from 185/100 to 157/81 in twelve hours... this will be my second day on the higher dose. so we will see.

Umm.... No need to feel guilty.... At least not until they start charging by the word.
Hope those meds help.....I have issues with my BP too...... That's why I may have to go on insulin..... I'm not sure how the sugar levels and the BP and the Kidneys all come together but..... If my sugar and BP aren't in check and my Kidney function isn't in check.... Next Drs visit I have to go on insulin treatment.
I know I'm starting to lose feeling in my toes....

I have mild arterial sclerosis... My blood sugar is good now that I am on meds (type II) The concern is a stroke.... and mine. found all this out about two years ago when I thought I was having a stroke. it was Bells Palsy... but while in the ER my Blood pressure was 200 over something... and my A1c was 10.5.... needless to say thats how I got an MRI of my brain. and they found the hardened arteries.

My heard just plods along hale and hearty.... thank Gawd.

Oh and I am loosing feeling in my fingers... Got nerve pain in my toes.
