Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

:lau Nicely put! Well, we've never needed life rafts in the pond before but it seems that you all made it to the bank safely, which is good.

I was just hitting full steam...
But got vetoed, lol... I defer to the Pond creator... ;)

Start on page 7298.

I woulda sent her back further...

Were the waves big? I can't read all 300 posts! What happened? I knew I would miss something!
Well, I'll give you a little analogy - someone moved from the suburbs to a housing development out in the country, next to a farm. When they first looked at the place, they thought it was nice and idyllic with the animals grazing out in the pasture. After some time, they realized that animals, uh, tend to have an odor about them. So, new person to the country thought the farmer should change his ways so as to not offend the other person's sensibilities. Neighbors defended the farmer, other person moved on. (Or, more simply, someone got a little pond scum on their bloomers and chose to take offense.)

I think that about covers it.

I love you...

Five out, one to go, and one little one that doesn't quite belong.
