I think that where my heart plays into it...I guess I consider the crime and the victims involved.... Punishment according to the crime if you will...

I find it an interesting topic and I know that here on the pond we can discuss it without causing any offence or disrespect to each other. BUT all BYC members have access to our lil' old pond, so for me at least I'll retire. I'd be vexed to get reprimanded unnecessarily for simply having a mature exchange of ideas.
