Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

Here's my ducks as of last night... all terrified of their new coop.

 Uh oh. I'm pretty sure I hit "like" on his puke bucket post. I thought he was simply teasing Shaw because she was being complimentary. Ya know like when peeps are being all mushy & ya tell 'em to get a room?
Ya I think that's all it was. No worries. . I just wanted to make sure I wasn't mis taken and hurt anyone's feelings.

Maybe it is because I get knocked about on a regular basis... but I didn't think it was that bad. The pet people often go all crazy over those that eat animals.

Sure is a nice feeling though...all of you folks caring about me and my feelings. Careful now, I might start thinking that I am wanted. :old

just :he did the cut off finger get to be sewn back on? Or is it gone for good? Table saw cut shouldn't be too bad.

Chainsaw cuts though...those are bad..they chew up the flesh.

The older I get the less I like power tools... especially chainsaws. I make the boys do all wood work with saws, axes, and mauls. I know too many people who have accidentally almost died from chainsaws.

I know one chick who cut off a couple of fingers TWICE with an ax, and both times they were sewn back as sweet as ya please! Only a tiny scar too!

I just watch and grit my teeth, and try to wait it out. Usually they figure it out and everything calms down and is fine. If there is too much blood...then I eat one.

But why are they excited now? Mine usually tussle in March...or whatever high breeding season is (depends on the weather, not just the light).

I would see if you can shift stuff about in their pen maybe??? Are they really breeding now??
When I talked to him on the phone he said cut off...... Never said sewn back on.
Said he needed to have surgery on his thumb though.
So I guessing it is gone.
Left pointer finger..... Thumb is in bad shape though.
