Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

Great idea. I could pop out of the cake and do a modified rendition of the Full Moon Dance. :yesss:

Its still a component in cook ware... they just call it something different. The Data sheet I was sharing was of Pure teflon for manufacturing processes.... They state 500 degrees for its outgas point... The melting point will be different because they do use it injection molding processes.

Oh heck now I have to go back and read my damnpost again.... :rant

:hugs I'm sorry I wouldn't read all that again . Them dead chickens proved it ain't good for you . But and what made me think this was I was driving buy a fresh lit brush pile they were burning and the air temperature was so cold it was making the smoke go down to the ground . I've seen it happen before . With only the poop door open and no ventilation in the coop the gas had no place to go but down. I think that is what happened in this case . Had there been adequate ventilation up high in the coop the gas would have risen and been vented away . Just a thought . I wouldn't swear to it . Just be clear on this point I haven't a clue what I'm talking about :idunno
